He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hammen and Mamie Hammen (Peiffer); his in-laws, Leo and Eulalia Kasparek (Stahle); his siblings, Eleanor Hammen, Mary Sieren (Forrest), Leonard (Martha), Paul, Charles, Justin (Joan) and Herbert Hammen (Nadine); and his brother-in-law Donald Kasparek (Rose).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Hammen; and his sister-in-law Martha Hammen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Essence of Life Hospice or the St. Thomas More Church Building Fund.
