It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine M. Rushek of Solon, Iowa, who passed away on May 20, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathias Boddicker and Evelyn Boddicker (Becker); her husband Jack; and her siblings, Kenny Boddicker, David Boddicker, Doris Milane, Dolores Agee and Gerald "Jerry" Boddicker.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Rushek, Carl Rushek (Karla) and Jackie Farrier (Joe); her grandchildren, Anna Childers (Justin), Jackson Rushek, Kelli Rushek, Nick Rushek (Michael Giles), Mark Rushek, Casey Spoden (Brien) and Ellie Farrier; her great grandchildren, Luke Childers, Zach Giles Rushek, Grant Spoden and Nate Spoden; her sister Jean Petrzelka; and her sisters-in-law, LeAnn Eggert, Carol Boddicker and Kathy Boddicker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church of Solon.
