It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethelyn Menees (Solon, Iowa), who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Norgarden and Norma Norgarden (Northness); her husband William Menees; and her sister Ilene Kasten. She is survived by: her children, David Menees (Linda) of LeClaire, IA, Douglas Menees (Carla) of Mt. Pleasant, IA and Diane Buffo (Jeffrey) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, David J. Menees (Viviana), James Menees, Andrew Menees (Natalie), Anthony Menees, Jeremy Menees (Angela), Jeff Long, Andy Long, Ben Huston, Nick Huston, Jacob Buffo and Corrine Buffo; her great grandchild Joshua Menees; and her sister Joyce Nelson of San Diego, CA..
