He was predeceased by: his father Arlo; and his siblings, Leona Kessler, Margery Jedlicka and Leo Jedlicka. He is survived by: his wife Irene Kathryn Leonard; his children, Mary Humston (Jim), Kathy Jindra (Gary), Bill Jedlicka (Jackie), Larry Jedlicka (Connie), Karen Simon (Jim), Mark Jedlicka (Mary Ann), Julie Kramer (Gary) and Amy Sherlock (Kerry); his brother Paul Jedlicka (Phyllis); and also Emma Mary Jedlicka (Sedlacek). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren.
