He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hieber and Ada Hieber (Koenig); his brothers, Billy Hieber and Karl Hieber (Jan); his parents-in-law, Elaine and Ralph Hamman; and his brother-in-law Stuart McDaniel.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Hamman; his children, Kevin Hieber (Joy Kruse) and Kemra Peska (Joe); his grandchildren, Thomas Hieber (Shelly), William Hieber, Evan Hieber, Ashleigh Ocasio (James) and Tannor Peska; his great grandchild Emmalee Hieber; and his sister-in-law Phyllis McDaniel. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
