Carol Jean Steinbrech Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2019, at the age of 77, Carol Jean Steinbrech (Solon, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent O'Brien and Alma O'Brien (Greazel); her brother Jim O'Brien; her brother-in-law Robert Schulte; and her goddaughter Jackie Olson.

She is survived by: her husband James Steinbrech; her children, Gary Steinbrech of Solon, Lori Hartman (John) of Bettendorf and Kevin Steinbrech (Paige) of Solon; her grandchildren, Ellea, Vincent Steinbrech, Emma, Christin, Hartman, Sean, Rebecca and Emily Steinbrech; and her siblings, Marlene Schulte of Walford and Pat Lacina of Iowa City. She is also survived by her nine Godchildren; as well as her nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Solon Retirement Village in her name.
