He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy 'Roy' and Lena Swain (Hamlin); and his brothers, Larry Swain and Terry Swain. He is survived by: his sisters, Kay Harfst of Webster City, Nancy Swain of Omaha, Sandra Tillson of Denver and Kathy (Dennis Kennedy) of Council Bluffs, Iowa. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
