With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis D. McQueen of Soldier, Iowa, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 25, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert McQueen and Betty McQueen (Graham); his stepparents, Art Klinkiewicz and Elsie McQueen; his parents-in-law, William "Bill" and Florence "Toots" Fleenor; and his brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Fleenor.
He is survived by: his wife Linda McQueen of Soldier, Iowa; his daughter Alice McQueen of Whiting; his granddaughter Olive; his brothers, David McQueen of Belvedere and Joseph Klinkiewicz of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; his sister-in-law Julie Fleenor of Moville, Iowa; and his cousin Steve McQueen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, beloved neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to the Soldier Fire Department or Harrison County Humane Society of Iowa.
