He is survived by: his wife Sheri Joyner of Soldier, Iowa; his stepmother Anita Joyner of Chesapeake, Virginia; his children, Amy Mellington (Matthew) of Suffolk, Virginia, Debra Backman (Jarrod) of Omaha, Melissa Wike of Omaha and Christopher Anderson; his grandchildren, Britney Conney, Katelyn Conney, Conner Mellington, Elijah Mellington, Addison Wike, Payton Wike, Ashur Wike and Chloe Anderson; his siblings, Sherri Yoho (David) of Virginia and Andrew Bland Joyner of Virginia; his aunt Margie Caroline Watkins of Florida; his mother-in-law Susan Woods of San Diego, California; and his brother-in-law Robert Woods (Jennifer) of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
