It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florencio Lepe-Cortez (Smithland, Iowa), who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fransisco Lepe-Cortez and Marie Lepe-Cortez. He is survived by: his wife Celia; his children, Isabel (Nicolas), Evangelina, Raquel, Celina (Raul), Maura, Adon, Margarito and Eduardo; his grandchildren, Jonathon, Stefanie, Maria Del Rosario, Jose Luis "Junior", Violeta, Liliana, Joshua, Shaila, Emily C., Crystal, Cristina and Sebastian; and his siblings, Esperanza Gonzalez, Ofelia Lepe, Maria Isabel Lepe and Cresenciano Lepe. He is also survived by half brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
