He is survived by : his mother Mary Ellen Kirkendall (Walpole) of Sloan, Iowa; his wife Linda Kirkendall of Sloan, Iowa; his children, Jesse (Michele) of Smithland, Stacey Mitchell of Sloan and Alan Flanders (Sara) of Sloan, Iowa; his grandchildren, Justin (Jenny), Jordan (Myesha), Matt Mitchell, Casey (Hailey) and Colton Kirkendall; his great grandchildren, Kalla, Khloe Gemberling, Kynlee Mitchell and Jagger Mitchell; and his siblings, Jay Kirkendall (Karen) of Sloan, Daniel Kirkendall (Bonnie) of Camdenton, Missouri and Candace Maynard of Camdenton, Missouri..

Visitation will be 11:30 A. M. – 4:00 P. M. Sunday, October 25, 2020 at the Community Church of Christ, Sloan, Iowa. (Social distancing measures will be followed-Due to Covid-19 restrictions- Please bring and wear masks.) A Private Family.
