He is survived by : his mother Deborah Johnson (Folsom); his wife Jessica Morrison; his children, Jaxton, Calen and Vivian; his grandmother Pat Folsom; and his siblings, Katherine Dyche (Greg), Trisha Gries (Curtis) and Anthony Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
