He is survived by : his wife Sandy Thorpe of Sloan, Iowa; his daughters, Stephanie Thorpe of Mankato and Haley Strom (Ryan) of Sloan, Iowa; his grandchildren, Ashley Strom (Dylan), Lexy Strom and Blaine Strom; his siblings, Carol Thorpe of Reno, Beverly Thorpe of Salix, Roxann Thorpe of Salix, Pamela Lavagetto (Ernie) of Walnut Creek and Marc Thorpe (Vivian); and his sisters-in-law, Sue Blatchford (Bill) of Sioux City, Patty Koenig (Greg) and Penny Galvin (Joe) of Monument, Colorado.
