He is survived by : his former life partner Faye; his wife Carol; his children, Warren West (Lisa) of Olympia, DeWight West (Penny) of Gilbert, Monty West of Omaha, Lonny West of Ute, Jill Onyegbule of Sioux City, Bruce West of Hornick and Linda Steele; and his niece Cindy Dempster. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
