It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clinton Fraley of Sioux Rapids, Iowa, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on May 28, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sherman Fraley and Betty Jane Fraley (Eberhardt); and his brother-in-law Loren Ripperger. He is survived by: his wife Esta Mae Fridley; his daughter Devona; his son-in-law Fred Perkins of Emmetsburg, IA; and his siblings, Margaret Ripperger of Winterset, IA, Daniel Fraley of Palmer Lake, CO and Charles. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, a host of other relatives, and many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Clay County Conservation Board for trail repairs at Kindlespire Park.
