He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Waldstein and Jeannette Waldstein (Johnston); his son Jeffrey Waldstein; his siblings, Patricia Mills and Kyle Waldstein; and his parents-in-law, Vernon and Alice Simons.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Simons of Sioux Rapids, Iowa; his sons, Eric and Sean; his grandchildren, Eric and Hillary Waldstein of Rochester; his great grandchildren, Xander, Ryan and Torunn; his grandchildren, Sean and Amanda Waldstein of Sioux Rapids; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Peyton and Evan; his brothers, Sam Waldstein of Sioux Falls and Rick Waldstein (Ila) of Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Bradfield (Marvin) of Lewis, Iowa and Wayne Mills of Mulvane, Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as may other relatives and friends.
