He is survived by: his daughters, April Husted (Chad Husted) and Angelia Line; his grandchildren, Chad Husted Jr., Devin Husted, Gage Husted (Madison Otto) and Elaina Line; his mother Lola Johnson (Rea); and his siblings, Jodi Johnson, Vicki Massey, Kim Johnson, Steve Massey and Gary Massey.
