Vicky Carlson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2025, at the age of 92, Vicky Carlson of Sioux City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Koury and Sadie Koury (Gossen); and her brother David Koury. She is survived by: her husband Ron Carlson of Sioux City; her children, Jeff (Terri) of Sioux Falls, SD and Nancy Dehn (Phil) of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, Laura Ghaussy (Josef) of Omaha, NE, Claire Carlson of Omaha, NE and Hannah Dehn of Omaha, NE; and her nieces and nephews, Randy Carlson (Jody), Sally Gray (Ron), Michael Koury (Lisa) and Neysa Hornyik (Karl).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel (3220 Stone Park Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51104). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Sunrise Retirement Community, in Sioux City, Iowa in Vicky's memory.
