He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Rothe and Pearl Rothe (Butler); his brother Charles; his brother-in-law Myles DeVine; and his niece Kimberly Rothe.
He is survived by: his friend Paulette Kelsey; his wife Trish; his son Chris (Heather) of Rochester, MN; his grandchildren, Kennedy, AJ, Zachary and Jamie Rothe; his siblings, Theresa Cooper (Al) of Indianapolis, IN and Stephan Rothe of Sioux City, IA; his sisters-in-law, Karen DeVine, Britton and Karen Rothe; and his nieces and nephews, Jason DeVine, Ian Cooper, Stephanie Rothe and Heather DeVine. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
