He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Hanner and Ethel Hanner (Johnson); his wife Carla Bauer; his daughter Katrina; his stepfather Lee Torrez; and his brother Billy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandi Headid (Mike), Jaime Bauer-Hanner (Dan Bourassa), Kaye Hanner (Jimmy Ackerman) and Stephenie Hanner (Glen Moore); his grandchildren, Nichole, Zackary, Michael, Alex, Cameron, Matthew, Coltyn, Brenden, Marcus, Morgan, Jadyn, Jesse, Ejanae, Janyiah and Asia; his great grandchildren, Payton, MacKenzie, Harley, Novalee, Octavia, Lilith Lu, Weston and Baby; and his sisters, Genie, Cheryl (Jim) and Chrystal (Mark). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family; many friends.
