He is survived by: his children, Jessica Ann and Peter (Amy) of Altoona, Iowa; his grandchildren, J. D., Anna, Ben, Adam, CeCe, Ava, Luke and Maya; his sister Jane Schwartz of Primghar; his mother-in-law Verdetta Peterson of Marcus, Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Penny Jones (Bob) of Sloan and Vickie Rainboth (Clark) of Marcus, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
