It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard E. Gregg of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. For Richard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Gregg and Genevive Gregg (Haddad); and his brother Rodney. He is survived by: his daughters, Toni Gregg and Tina Gregg; and his siblings, Jenneen Lohse (Gary) of Pierson, Michael Gregg (Julie) of Sioux City and Jeffrey Gregg (Cindie) of Sioux City. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel (6200 Morningside Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (6605 Morningside Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106).
