She is survived by: her children, Shelly Kuhl (Bob) and Shane Slaughter (Diane); her grandchildren, Kayla McMullen (Daniel), Jenna Kuhl (Owen Martin), Shaye Slaughter, Samantha Goehring (Austin) and Blair Slaughter; her great grandchildren, Norah McMullen, Gia McMullen and Margo Martin; her sister Connie Heier (Bernie); and her niece Tiffany Heier Breit (Donnie).
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel (6200 Morningside Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106). A prayer was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Morningside Lutheran Church (700 S Martha St, Sioux City, IA 51106).
