He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Hulst; his parents, Ralph Hulst and Margaret Hulst; his brother Al Hulst; and his sister-in-law Margaret Hulst (Lewellyn Hulst).
He is survived by: his children, Gary (Barbara Hulst), Julie (Bill Morgan), Becky (Jeff Bainbridge) and Bryan (Mindy Hulst); his sister-in-law Barbara Hulst; and his close friends, Nick, Fiona Cline, Nadine Meis, Kimberly, Adam Nordby, Carolyn Theis, Sarah, Jeff Kosiba, Katie Morgan, Joe, Elizabeth Morgan, Pamela, Bubba Johns, Justin, Johanna Crain, Adam Bainbridge, Haley, Alex Arguelles, Chad Zieg (Crystal Bond) and Tori Zieg. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
