As Marlene Alice departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Marlene Alice may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Marlene Alice leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen and Alice Allen (DeWall); her son David Baker; and her siblings, Joyce Murad and Melvin Allen.
She is survived by: her son Warren Baker Jr. (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Melisa Wauhob, Trevor Wauhob, Dustin Wauhob, Amon Bauer and Zach Bauer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City (4125 Orleans Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
