It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Kay Wilcox of Sioux City, Iowa, born in North Platte, Nebraska, who passed away on September 21, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Laura Kay leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hodge and Nancy Hodge (Christiansen); her father-in-law Richard Wilcox; and her nephew Kevin Vermeer.
