He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Robley and Marjorie Robley Jr. (Parsley); his wife Helen; his brothers, Herbert Jr., Donald and Gary Robley; his sister-in-law Judy Robley; his grandparents, Herbert, Ida Robley, Walter and Muriel Parsley; his in-laws, Francis and Pauline Heilman; his brothers-in-law, George, David and Steve Heilman; and his niece Megan Cortner.
He is survived by: his son Jason; his granddaughter Mackenzie; his siblings, Mike, Tim, David (Kathy), Sandra and Sharon Kenny (Jay); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Rutherford, Kate Speck, Marcia Snow (Lee), Barb Parker (Richard), Lou Cortner, Tim Heilman (Jeanne) and Roger Heilman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
