She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Remington and Nancy Remington (Denney); and her sister Lorri Walker. She is survived by: her husband Perry Boulware; her sons, Jeremy Boulware and Cody Boulware (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Quinton, Jasen, Aspyn, Abygail and Jacob.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City (4125 Orleans Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106).
