It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey J. Sachau of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on March 17, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sachau and Dolores Sachau; his wife Rhonda Doupe-Sachau; and his brothers, Tim and Pat Sachau.

He is survived by: his children, Kelly Sachau of Sioux City, Patrick Sachau of Sioux City and Sara Anderson (DJ) of Sioux City; his stepchildren, Josh Doupe of Sioux City and Tess McWilliams (Marc) of Oceanside, CA; his grandchildren, Kylie Westhoff of Le Mars, Corben, Xander and Cooper Knaack of Sioux City; his stepchildren, Ryan Sachau of Theodosia, MO, Talon, Tenley Anderson of Sioux City and Bailey Hagestrom of Sioux City; and his siblings, Bobbette Theroux (Greg) of Des Moines, Julie Stickrod of Sioux City, Terri Avery (Mark) of McCook Lake, S. D., Sue Stusse (Monte) of Sioux City, Lisa Sachau of Des Moines, Jill Considine (Pat) of Sioux City and Rebecca Smith (Gary) of Sioux City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Waterbury Funeral Service (4125 Orleans Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106).
