He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Witzka and Dora Witzka (Carver); his wife Karen; his children, Bryan, Art, Dale, Kathy and Bernice; his grandsons, Richie and David; and his siblings, Kevin Witzka, Don Witzka, Robert Witzka, Jeannnie Witzka, Emil Witzka and Vernon Witzka.
He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Sila (Pat); and his brothers, Bill Witzka and Randy Witzka. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
