We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2024, at the age of 97, Jack Smith of Sioux City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Smith and Martha Smith (Thompson); his sister Doris Johnson; his wife Arleen Smith; and his son Bruce Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Pam Whightsil of Sioux City; his granddaughter Sharon Whightsil of Austin, TX; his daughter-in-law Jan Smith; his grandsons, Daniel Smith (Meg Schmitt) and Michael Smith (Christianne); his niece Nancy Johnson; and his nephews, Jay, Carl and David Johnson.
Memorial donations may be directed to Hospice of Siouxland or to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
