He is survived by: his wife Judith Higgs-Mayer (Graves); his children, Angela Frank (Ross) of Omaha, Scott Mayer of Scottsdale, AZ and Anthony Mayer of Mason City; his stepchildren, Heather McGowan (Dan) of Naperville, IL and Heath Higgs of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, Harrison, Sean, Riley, Sarah, Hayden, Maya and Jinsey; his stepgrandchildren, Ross and Lauren; his sister Annette Kutilek (Tom) of Omaha; and his sister-in-law Janet Morlock of Peoria, IL..
