He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Rathman and Dora Rathman (Leuenhagen); his wife Ann Punt; and his brother Ron. He is survived by: his children, Rick Rathman (Pam) of Houston, TX, Randy Rathman (Kim) of Lawton, IA, Robbe Clark of Houston, TX and Kristi Pingel (Brian) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his stepdaughters, Tami Bliven (Brad) of Belton, TX and Sandi Reynders of Sioux City, IA; and his brother-in-law John Jansen (Helen). He is also survived by nine grandsons and two granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel (3220 Stone Park Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51104). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
