He is survived by: his father Robert Hollstein (Joyce) of McAllan, TX; his wife Karen Johnson of Dakota Dunes, SD; his children, Paul Hollstein (Kelly) of Norwalk, IA and Carolyn Hollstein (Anna) of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Jim Hollstein of Denver and Dianne Brooks (Ric) of Denver; his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Palmer of Palisades, CO, Beth and Greg Hunter of Rapid City, SD; and his grandchildren, Andrew and Natalie Hollstein of Norwalk, Iowa. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 4 nephews, relatives and friends.
