She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewy Hansen and Verna Hansen; her husband Everett Christiansen; and her grandson Jason Conaway. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Flaugh of Sioux City, Paula Hogan of Sioux City, Diane Sorensen (Bob) of Sioux City, Doug Christiansen (Dorene) of Sioux City, Dennis Christiansen (Roxanne) of Sioux City and Dean Christiansen of Sioux City. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Riverside United Methodist Church (617 Wright Ave, Sioux City, IA 51109). A prayer was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
