It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy N. Horton of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Horton and Patricia "Trish" Horton (Rake); his wife Lisa Frisch; his sons, Matthew and Steven Horton; his stepchildren, Matthew, Derek, Alissa and JT Turner; his grandchildren, Oliver, Max, Malcom, Briza, Beatriz, Mimi and Trill; his brother Michael Hobart; and his pets, T'Pol and Archer.
