It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy N. Horton of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne and Virginia Horton. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Horton and Patricia "Trish" Horton (Rake); his wife Lisa Frisch; his sons, Matthew and Steven Horton; his stepchildren, Matthew, Derek, Alissa and JT Turner; his grandchildren, Oliver, Max, Malcom, Briza, Beatriz, Mimi and Trill; his brother Michael Hobart; and his pets, T'Pol and Archer.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City (4125 Orleans Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
