With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ana M. Ponce of Sioux City, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Isabel Ponce and Maria Longina Hernandez; and her siblings, Martha Ponce, Jose Ponce, Luis Ponce and Jesus Ponce.
She is survived by: her children, Edgar Ponce, Beatriz Ponce and Martha Hoyos; her daughter-in-law Manela Pablo; and her grandchildren, Miguel Ponce, Jaime Ponce, Zxavian Ponce and Ayden Ponce.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Mohr & Becker-Hunt Funeral Home (1431 W 29th St, South Sioux City, NE 68776). A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (1405 1st Ave, South Sioux City, NE 68776).
