Foster (Bishop) of Sioux City; her husband Terry Custer of Sioux City; her children, Danielle Janke (Ryan) of Orchard, NE, Zackary Miller of Sioux City, Tara Custer of Sioux City, Justina Custer of Sioux City and Nolan Custer of Sioux City; her grandchildren, Brayden, August, Journie, Luke, Jesalyn and Jackson; her siblings, Cheryl Sikma, Dianne Foster of Sioux City and Mark Foster (Melanie) of Fonda, IA; her friend Renee Heath of Sioux City; and her pets, Poppy, Lola and Kiki. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
