He is survived by: his wife Dede; his children, Dale Swan and Amanda Swan; his stepsons, Troy Leekley (Ryann), Mark Leekley (Jes) and Lee Moerman (Amanda); his grandchildren, Britteny, Cole, Skylar, Syndar, Michael, Jon, Jessica, Quinn and Chloe; and his siblings, Chuck Swan (Pam) and Deeann Teska.
