He is survived by: his wife Amy Reinert-Kaye; his stepson Jason Reinert (Maggie); his children, Lola and Jake; his sisters-in-law, Susie Rodriguez (Steve), Jami Krause (Cardy) and Toni Duncan; his nephew Eric Krause (Maggie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Skylynn of Sioux City, IA, Amanda Whittington and Ethan Garnet of Sioux City, IA; his brother Lance Kaye (Cookie); his niece Amanda Kaye; and also Symphony of Las Vegas.
