He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Dragstra and Rena Dragstra (Haverhals); his nephews, Chris and Jeffrey Dragstra; and his brother-in-law Bernie Sichmeller.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Julie; his siblings, Phyllis Fopma (Bryce), Sioux Falls, Rose Sichmeller, Carol Dragstra (Lee) and Ken Dragstra (Julie) of Lebanon; his nephews, Brady Fopma (Rhonda), Blaine Fopma (Gina), Brett Sichmeller (Tara), John Sichmeller, Justin Dragstra (Katie), Joshua Dragstra and Jacob Dragstra; his niece Bethany Crisp (Rob); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Benjamin, Blake, Kayla Fopma, Emersyn, Keaton, Berkley Fopma, Theo Crisp, Savaeh, Tavyn, Mavik, Vanek, Koven Sichmeller and Case Christen Dragstra.

In lieu of flowers or gifts the Dragstra family prefer memorials be directed to the Lebanon Christian Reformed Church.
