With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rodney Hulstein of Sioux Center, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hulstein and Alice Hulstein (Juffer); and his siblings, Gerrit Robert, Art Hulstein and Arthea Raak.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Weg; his sister-in-law Harriet Kroese; his children, Sharla Hulstein of Denison, IA, Murray (Fonda Hulstein), Vonda (Jeff Vander Berg) and Janell (Greg Pennings); and his grandchildren, Randa Poel (Dan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Rylee Morris (Taylor) of Guthrie Center, IA, Jaden Vander Berg of Harlan, IA, Malyn Case (Kyler) of Grimes, IA, Mariah Zomermaand (Graham) of Sioux Center, IA, Jaycee Magana (Sam) of Lemars, IA, Regan Mouw (Zach) of Granville, IA, Parker Pennings of Sioux Center, Keegan Vander Berg (Carsyn) of Sioux Center, Meysi Pennings of Sioux Center and Mikaiah Pennings of Sioux Center. He is also survived by his children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
The Hulstein family prefers memorials be directed to Katelyn's Fund Orphan Ministry.
