She is survived by: her friend Jeannine; her spouse Vel Shicks; her children, Ruth Ellen (Shicks) and Bryan Ellis; her brother Earle "Doc" Van Gilder (Annie) of Mesa, AZ; her children, Dale Landegent of Sioux Center and Barbara Shicks of Aurora, MN.; her grandchildren, Titus Landegent (Magdalene) of Sioux Center, Bethany Norine (Carson) of Blair, NE, John-Bryan Shicks (Emily) of Wahiawa, HI, Bryanna Pallesen (Johnathon) of Milliken, CO, Marina Landegent (Daniel Clough) of Hospers, IA and Tony Landegent (Emily) of Colorado Springs, CO.; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Cooper, Anna Norine, Raymond, Ezra Landegent, Arianna, Brantley Shicks, Ava Landegent, Liliana Pallesen and Zion Landegent. She is also survived by dad, spoiling her dogs.
