With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myna M. Nyhof of Sioux Center, Iowa, who passed away on June 19, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Hulstein and Grace Hulstein (Van Maanen); her husband Leonard Nyhof; her son Lyle Nyhof; and her siblings, Mina Hulstein, Carolyn De Kam, Emma Vogel, Etta Baker, Viola Langfeldt, Gertrude Vonk, Albertus Hulstein and Gerrit Hulstein (Fred).
She is survived by: her children, Leo Nyhof of Kalamazoo, MI, Lora Elliott (Jess) of Hot Springs, SD and Linda Oertel (Shon) of Orange City, IA; and her sisters, Minerva Vander Streek and Winerva Hulstein of George, IA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
The Nyhof family prefer memorials be directed to Sioux Center Christian School, Western Christian High School or Unity Christian High School.
