She is survived by: her mother Frances Schuiteman; her grandchildren, Cohen, Creed, Crew Kober (Sara), Drake, Tate, Hayes Faber (Daniel) and Callum Faber (Tyler); her husband Dr. David Faber; her children, Sara Kober (Patrick) of Liberty Center, Indiana, Daniel Faber (Brooke) of Sioux Center and Dr. Tyler Faber (Autumn) of Orange City; her siblings, Dr. Jan Schuiteman (Bev) of Orange City, Leon Schuiteman (Karen) of Sioux Center, Mark Schuiteman (Claryce) of Sioux Center, Kim Smit (Ken) of Sioux Center, Kyle Schuiteman (Brenda) and Shonna Borchers (Brad) of Sioux Center; her father Arthur Schuiteman; and her brother Dr. Kirk Schuiteman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family prefers memorials be directed to the Kay Faber memorial fund.
