She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Der and Sernelia Van Der (Bomgaars); her former husband Harlan Glen Koele; and her brother-in-law Don Van Steenwyk. She is survived by: her children, Cristi (Craig Bauerly) and Chad (Peggy Koele); her grandchild Kelsey (Robb Langel); her spouse Caitlin Bauerly (Craig Schlesser); her great grandchildren, Brooks and Will Langel; her grandchild Brinley Schlesser; and her sisters, Sharon (Jim Berkenpas) of Sioux Center, Fran (Leon Mouw) of Boyden and Jo Van Steenwyk of Milford.
Memorials will be given to Cure PSP and St. Croix Hospice.
