It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Brenneman (Sioux Center, Iowa), who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Der and Jennie Van Der (Groeneveld); her husband Arthur William Brenneman; her daughter Jane; her granddaughter Jill; her daughter-in-law Janet Brenneman; her siblings, Andrew, John, Henry and Nettie Van Der Schaaf; and her sisters-in-law, Ardene Van Der Schaaf and Louise Van Der Schaaf.
She is survived by: her children, Arvin Brenneman (Shelly) of Sioux Center and Jeanine Pidukov (Sergei) of Bentonville, AR; her grandchildren, Pam Mock (Seth), Joshua Brenneman (Amanda), Stacey Bradshaw (Adam), Heather Lundgren (Sam), Tonya Green (Mike), Austin Gramstad and Nikki Fischer (Dan); her great grandchildren, Zedekiah, Layla, Judah Mock, Bailey Brenneman, Jace, Jerzi Bradshaw, Everett, Clark Lundgren, Paisley, Fallyn and Lenyx Fischer; and her siblings-in-law, Adeline Brenneman, Anna Mae and Don Broek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
