He is survived by: his wife Sally Koldenhoven; his daughters, Nancy Van Otterloo (Bill) and Cindy Groeneweg (Brian); his grandchildren, Kyle Van Otterloo (Brandy), Eric Van Otterloo (Jenn), Kelly Vander Bush (Kris), Brittany Foreman (Dan), Raelle Van Mannen (Brent), Craig Groeneweg (Jessica) and Kari Mulder (Cameron); and his sister Marilyn Vander Ark (Cork).
