She is survived by: her children, Julie Hulstein (Kirk) of Sioux Center and Gregory Folkerts (Jill) of Lafayette, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jason Folkerts, Jarod Folkerts, Amanda Bahena (Carlos), Matthew Hulstein (Tracey), Christopher Hulstein, Nichole Van Dyke (Tim), Cynthia Centofanti, Marcel Folkerts, Daniel Folkerts and Emma Folkerts; her great grandchildren, Celia, Isaiah, Isabella Bahena, Wyatt, Genivieve Van Dyke, Nora, Emily and Ava Hulstein; her siblings, Kathy DeWit of Sioux Center and Art Van Bemmel of Spokane, Washington; and her sister-in-law Judy Carsley of Newberg, Oregon..
