She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lammers and Katie Lammers (Van Donge); her husband Frederick; her siblings, Frieda Vande Brake, Bertha Schat, Ruth Van Raavensway and Ralph Lammers Jr.; and her grandchildren, Chris, Jeffrey Dragstra, Nicholas and Emma De Jager.

She is survived by: her children, Brian Lamfers (Leah) of Rock Rapids, IA, Bruce Lamfers (Carol) of Sioux Center, IA, Julie Dragstra (Ken) of Lebanon, IA, Jane Lamfers of Des Moines, IA, Jeanine Mixdorf (Mark) of Grimes, IA, Bradley Lamfers (Barb) of Richfield, MN, Brent Lamfers of Marshall, MN and Janet De Jager (Myles) of Polk City, IA; her sisters, Lila Van Dyk and Dorothy Mouw; and her sister-in-law Judy Reimersma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.

The Lamfers family prefer memorials be directed to First Christian Reformed Church.
